This was a lot of fun! I didn't know whether or not I was going to be the hugest fan of the Bachelor-esque premise, but I ended up totally hooked by it and could not put this book down. Honestly y'all this was a LOT o 3.5 stars. unspectacular? But I will definitely cut it some slack as this is a Cinderella retelling and I feel like (while maybe a little boring) the ending really did the Cinderella elements justice lol. My only real gripe with this one is that I felt like the ending was kind of. Ultimately, Cindy learns that if the shoe doesn't fit, maybe it's time to design your own.moreģ.5 stars.
What she doesn't expect? That she may just find inspiration-and love-in the process.

If you’re anything like me, you’d enjoy this one for your next Saturday night in. Instead the story wraps up minus this “filler,” and tells its story in its own way, which I respected. What I like about this one is that Tessa’s disguise is more believable than 99% of its peers and there isn’t some dramatic “break up” ten minutes before the end. I love everything about this little film, including the fact that there are some “twists.” This is the fourth to follow the A Cinderella Story footsteps, and it’s easily one of the best.
But when Reed shows a greater interest in Tessa than Bella, she must find a way to reveal who she really is.ĭespite the repetitive themes and the occasional overemphasized sappy ( *insert eye roll*) moment, I really enjoy these lighthearted romantic-comedies. Finding a way to be both proves difficult for Tessa.
